A Cabinet-Style Murphy Bed is a freestanding bed that folds neatly into a cabinet that looks like a chest or dresser. It can transform into a comfortable Twin, Twin XL, Full, or Queen-sized bed in seconds. Unlike traditional wall beds or Murphy beds, cabinet beds require no installation or construction, and they can easily be moved from room to room—or to a new home—whenever needed.

A Quick History: Arason Enterprises
Arason Enterprises pioneered the modern Cabinet Bed in the late 1990s with models like the Fu-Chest, Z-Chest, and now the popular Creden-ZzZ. Their designs remain our top recommendation. Arason beds are made from environmentally conscious materials like MDF and laminated hardwood—not to cut corners, but to prevent warping, add strength, and avoid tropical hardwoods from endangered forests.

About “Alias” Models and Misleading Names
Some retailers sell the exact same beds under different names—often with a price tag $1,000 or more higher than ours. This tactic makes it hard for you to comparison shop. These alternate names include: Annabeth, Nevaeh, Finch, Everest, Essie, Bristol, Magnolia, Seaside, Genoa, Catherine, Coldwater, Arctic, Monticello, Bluff, Wren Black, Damali, Berowalt, Kimsey, Greeson, Caribou, Cossette, Finn White, Willow, and many others. You may also see them generically called “Queen Solid Wood Storage Murphy Bed.”

We carry the Murphy Cube, by Night and Day. Some people call it the Barham Cube. They are made of Imported hardwood, and come with a Memory Gel Foam mattress. They require the most assembly, and take the most time to convert to and from a bed. The Murphy Cube comes in the following finishes. Cherry, Stonewash, Dark Chocolate,White.

We also carry the following models by Night and Day, and they come in different finishes. The Clover, The Daisy, The Poppy, and The Sagebrush. These models are easier to assemble, and easier to operate. They are made of solid imported hardwood, have built in USB charging ports, and also come with a Memory Gel Foam Mattress.
Beware of the Alias names, that different merchants call these, so that you won't be able to do a search and find the best price. Do your research and if you want an honest answer to a question, call us.

We also carry the Nantucket, Deerfield, Monroe, Southampton, and the Hamilton, by Atlantic Furniture. These also come with a Gel Memory Foam mattress, and are made of hardwood. Most of them also have USB charging ports. They do require quite a bit of assembly, but they are very easy to operate. Different models come in certain sizes, and finishes. The come in Espresso, Walnut, White, Driftwood Grey, or Atlantic Grey.
