Gift Certificate Rules & Regulations

• When you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll receive a unique PIN number. You must provide this PIN to the recipient.
• Gift certificates must be redeemed on this website toward the purchase of products sold by Fantasy Futons.
• They cannot be used to buy other gift certificates. (No regifting the regift!)
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
• Any unused balance will remain in the recipient’s gift certificate account.
• If the order exceeds the gift certificate value, the recipient pays the difference.
• Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates. Contact us if you have questions.
